MECHANICS FOR THE PROMOTION

• The promotion will be conducted over an eighteen (18) week period from March 24 to July 28, 2019.
• Purchasers of all 25kg Hi-Pro Feed, as well as specially marked Hi-Pro distributed Chemicals, Fertilizers, Tools, Chicks, Pet products and Pharmaceutical products will qualify for entry in the promotion.
• The Promotion will be open to Jamaicans island-wide.
• Promotion will be advertised via posters, flyers, press, television and radio advertisements, and on proof of purchase cards placed in/affixed to each qualifying product.

HOW TO ENTER

• A proof of purchase card will be affixed to or inside each package of feed, fertiliser, pharmaceuticals, chemical, pet products, baby chicks and tools distributed by Hi-Pro.
• Upon purchase, text the unique code provided on the card to 552-4748 or enter it at hipro.mobi (using your name and telephone number).
• Entrants will be required to produce the proof of purchase card to claim their prize.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

• Winners will be required to correctly recite proof of purchase code.
• Potential winning entries will be generated using the Digicel Jamaica database system (an electronic program managed by Digicel Jamaica (Trend Media), at the software developers’ location in South Africa. Entries will be randomly selected from the database containing the phone numbers, proof of purchase codes and dates of entry for which the text was submitted. These entries will be provided to Trend Media who will submit them to Hi-Pro and by extension to OGM who will alert the winners. The draw will be done at 12:00 p.m. on each of the draw dates listed.
• For each draw date, only coupons entered until 11:59 p.m. on the Sunday proceeding each draw date will be eligible to win. All coupons entered that did not win weekly prizes, are eligible to win the Grand Prize.
• Non-winning entries are rolled over to the following weekly draws and the Grand prize draw
• Weekly winning entries are not eligible for the following weekly draws or grand draw.

• Each week, as per the Draw Schedule, one (1) entrant will be randomly electronically drawn first from the database to win a Frigidaire 7 cu ft. Triple Function Freezer from SINGER, valued $32,495.00. An additional two (2) entries will then be selected as back up (two for each selected entry).

• Next, five (5) entries will then be randomly drawn electronically from the database each week to be the prize winners of one (1) $10,000 Gift Voucher each to purchase products at their local Hi-Pro Farmstore. An additional ten (10) entries will then be selected as back up (two for each selected entry).

• Next, twenty (20) entries will then be randomly, electronically drawn from the database each week to be the prize winners of one (1) $2,500 Gift Voucher each to purchase products at their local Hi-Pro Farmstore. An additional forty (40) entries will then be selected as back up (two for each selected entry).

• Next, fifty (50) entries will then be randomly, electronically drawn from the database each week to be the prize winners of one (1) 25kg bag of feed of their choice each. An additional one hundred (100) entries will then be selected as back up (two for each selected entry).

• On July 29, 2019, one (1) Bonus Entry will be randomly drawn first from the database electronically to win the GRAND PRIZE of ONE (1) 2019 Toyota Hilux. An additional two (2) entries will then be selected as back up. All other prizes will be selected after.

• Each winner’s phone number will be tried three (3) times within a 24-hour period beginning immediately after the draw, before proceeding to the backup entrant number drawn (called in the order drawn).
• Winners are required to collect their prizes at the Hi-Pro Head Office in White Marl, St Catherine.

RULES OF THE PROMOTION

• Winners will be required to correctly recite proof of purchase code when called.
• Winners agree to allow use of their names and photographs for publicity purposes at no cost. Failing this, they forfeit their prize.
• Each text entry gives Hi-Pro the right to contact sender regarding future promotions and offers.
• After sixty (60) days from notification, prizes will also be forfeited if not collected and will remain the property of Hi-Pro.
• Winners must carry a valid government issued I.D. (Passport, Driver’s License and National I.D.) or School ID (Photo ID) along with the winning proof of purchase card to claim their prize.
• Product prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Standard text rates apply. Persons can enter as many times as they wish.
• Employees, contractors and contracted workers of Jamaica Broilers Group and OGM Integrated Communications Limited and their immediate family members (spouses/children/siblings) are not eligible to enter.

General Information

• Entrants of all ages can enter the promotion.
• The public will be informed about the rules and conditions of the promotion via Press, Radio, TVC and full rules on hipro.mobi.
• Insurance and licensing of the vehicle will be the responsibility of the winner.
• Persons under 18 are ineligible to win Grand Prize vehicle.
• Prizes are non-transferable. Once claimed, winners are entitled to do as they wish with their prizes.
• Proof of purchase codes can only be used once.
